Domestic shipping rates are based on the dollar amount of your sale. Please see our Domestic Shipping chart. Some items are marked FOB, which means that you pay actual shipping costs for that item rather than our standard rates. FOB charges will not show at the time of order. We will e-mail you the FOB shipping cost for your approval. If you contact us to approve the shipping amount, we will charge the same credit card you used to place your order. If you do not wish to approve the shipping amount, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund to your credit card. We will not ship your order until we receive your authorization for the FOB charges.
International shipping rates are based on the country in the delivery address. The Domestic Shipping chart does not apply to international shipments. The international shipping cost will show when you are placing your order. If the order fits in a Small Flat Rate Box, a refund will be issued to your credit card for the price difference. Most international orders will incur the international shipping rate shown on our website.
If the entire order does not fit inside one standard size box, there may be an additional charge for shipping your order. In that case, we will e-mail you the additional shipping cost for your approval. If you contact us to approve the additional amount, we will charge the same credit card you used to place your order. If you do not wish to approve the shipping amount, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund to your credit card. If you are an international customer, please be sure to check your e-mail after your order is placed. If it does not fit into one box, we will not ship until we receive your authorization for the additional charges.
Bottle Goods & Supplements PolicyDue to increasing shipping rates throughout the country we are revising our shipping policy to include ALL bottle goods that will ship at FOB rates. We will try to have theses items marked in the description.
If you order 2 or more 32oz. or larger products your order will be shipped FOB.
If you order any supplement over 4lbs. your order will be FOB.
If you order small bags of horse treats that equal 4lbs. or more your order will be FOB.
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for exchange or refund to your credit card. You will need to call or e-mail for a return authorization first. Once you receive your authorization number, you will need to return the items within 10 day to avoid restocking charges. We do not offer cash refunds. All shipping charges on ALL exchanges will be at the buyer’s expense. After 30 days, items may not be returned or exchanged.
DVDs and CDs are not returnable once they are opened. Only if the disk itself is damaged will it be exchanged for the same item.

Posture Prep Cross Fiber Groomer is 100% guaranteed satisfaction by Dr. Pat. If you are having difficulty or are not satisfied contact Dr Pat at, DrPat@PosturePrep.com. She will be happy to assist you personally. If working with her directly you still are not satisfied she will refund you the cost of the groomer, not including shipping or handling upon return of the groomer itself. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!
Saddles may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt of saddle, but only if they are in NEW, UNUSED condition, may not been ridden in, no wear marks may be visible. All return or exchange shipping charges are at your expense. If saddle shows any signs of usage, wear on flap, scratches, wear on billets, you will automatically be charged a minimum of 10% and up to 50% of the saddle's value. Since we ship the saddles to you for free, if you return a saddle to us for credit to your card, you will be charged $25.00 for the initial shipping of your order. If you exchange a saddle to a different size or any other saddle, you will be charged the exchange shipping costs.
Please inspect your items and try them on (if applicable) immediately upon receipt. Shortages or discrepancies (stuff in box does not match stuff listed on sales receipt in box) must be reported within ten days of your receiving the shipment. Shipping on return items and exchanges are at your expense. We will charge the standard shipping amount to the same credit card you used to place your order.
